Upon completing the IOP, patients will have the opportunity to step down to a lower level of treatment or an outpatient program, ensuring a smooth transition in their recovery journey.

The treatment process at Helping Hearts Recovery begins with the client meeting with a clinician to complete the initial intake and a comprehensive drug and alcohol assessment. Utilizing the ASAM criteria, the clinician will evaluate the client’s level of care. This assessment helps in establishing clear treatment objectives and goals that can be achieved within the designated timeframe for treatment. This structured approach ensures that the client receives personalized care aimed at effective recovery.
